The Executives Group is based on the firmly established Leaders Group format as an exclusive learning group for senior managers, small business owners, directors and partners from different industries and sectors, private and public, large and small.

Our Members are Executive Leaders

Our Members are developing themselves and their leadership skills. They’ve found that the normal courses and seminars leave a gap. They recognise that a high-performing leader makes a very big difference to the success of their organisation. The Executives Group provides a confidential forum where they meet with other senior business managers from differing backgrounds and find solutions for their major challenges.

Each Executives Group is for around 10 Leaders or Senior Managers from a wide range of non-competing businesses. The Group meets 6 times a year, with a top speaker and then a structured group coaching session at each meeting where Members bring a current business issue and receive well thought-out advice from the other Members.

Leading Speakers

Each meeting has a facilitated group session and a top business speaker, a thought leader in their field. These provide immediate business benefits for Members to take back to their organisation.

Group Coaching

The group coaching session takes place a highly confidential and trusting environment which builds between Members as they learn about each other, their businesses and their goals, over the ongoing series of meeting. Members hold each other to account at the next meeting where they are asked what they have done about their issue since the last meeting.

Over the years, our Groups have seen many Members achieving great things and moving their businesses on.

Fees

Just £99 for the Initial Consultation and £300 per meeting payable by monthly standing order of £150.

The Initial Consultation and first Meeting Fee fully refundable if you don’t want to stay in the group for any reason after attending your first meeting.

The £150 per month covers the full cost for 6 meetings a year.

The fee for the six meetings is paid by monthly Standing Order.
