The Groups:
Leaders Groups - The Leaders Group is our flagship programme for CEOs, MDs, Senior Directors and Senior Partners who want to develop their skills and knowledge in a highly confidential and trusting environment. Membership is restricted to the leaders of medium and large businesses.
We run regular Breakfasts/Workshops for Leaders Groups. These are exclusively for Leaders who qualify for Membership of a Leaders Group. They offer a great way of trying out the format in under three hours.
Executives Groups - Executives Groups are similar in format to the Leaders Group. They are an exclusive learning Group for senior managers, small business owners, directors and partners from different industries and sectors, private and public, large and small.
We offer a limited number of places at our full Executives Group meetings to help prospective Members learn about the Group and meet the other Members. Please contact us to find out when the next places are available.

Joining a Group is a very important step both for the new Member and the rest of the existing Group. We always have an in-depth meeting beforehand and depending on the Group format, we have try-out sessions to ensure a good fit.
